The Irish International A Cappella Festival returns for the second year taking place across various venues in Dublin city between the 22-24 June 2018. The biggest singing event of the summer, IIACF showcases the best a cappella that Ireland has to offer!

Friday June 22nd // ARDÚ VOCAL ENSEMBLE
Festival hosts Ardú will launch the festival at the Sugar Club, Dublin with a brand new show, launching their first full album in two years on the same night! The concert will also feature the debut performance of Ardú A Cappella Chorus, a brand new initiative of young a cappella singers from throughout Ireland. Audience prizewinners from Ireland's A Cappella Competition 2017, Vocal Point, will also perform on the night.

Saturday June 23rd // PEREGRYNE

Travel back in time to the origins of A Cappella Music with Peregryne, one of Ireland's International vocal ensembles as they perform music from the sacred repertoire spanning 15th and 16th centuries and beyond. Peregryne is a small choral ensemble established in Vienna in 2009 that specialises in late middle English repertory. Over the last five years, its international membership has drawn together musicians from Ireland, England, France, Austria, Germany, Denmark and Korea. The group has performed in Dublin, Graz, Lucerne and Vienna and, more recently, has specialised in music of the 15th and 16th centuries, performed as part of the monastic office of Compline in churches and cathedrals around Dublin.

Sunday June 24th // IRELAND’S A CAPPELLA COMPETITION
Ireland's A Cappella Competition returns for its third year, featuring a cappella performances of all types, from large choruses to small ensembles. Hosted by The Royal Irish Academy of Music, and featuring special guest performances by 2017 winners Lady Barbalade.
